What date do tickets go on sale where can I buy them?
Tickets on sale Thursday 7th February at 9am and will be available only from Ticketmaster. Tickets can be purchased from Ticketmaster outlets or by logging onto www.ticketmaster.ie or by phoning the Ticketmaster booking line number 0818 719 300 (Republic Of Ireland customers) 0844 277 4455 (Northern Ireland customers) 003531 456 9569 (international Customer)

Is there an age-limit for this show?
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult - It is not advisable to bring young children to a concert. If brought they are require to have a seated ticket.
Where is the box office located and what is is the box office opening hours?
Please check pick up points 7 days prior to the event, Ticketmaster will notify customers in advance of show day.
I have seen tickets on sale on websites other than Ticketmaster, is it ok to buy them?
We strongly discourage patrons purchasing tickets from unofficial vendors / websites as they may be bogus tickets and you will be refused entry to the show.
What time should I arrive?
For running order please check closer to the event, gates opening time 1230hrs
What time is the concert due to finish?
If I arrive late can I still enter the venue?
Yes, once you have a valid ticket you will be allowed entry.
Can I leave and re-enter the venue throughout the day?
Once a patron has exited the venue, re-entry will not be possible.
What should I do if I have lost or misplaced my tickets?
For lost or misplaced ticket inquiries please call Ticket master on 0818 9030001. You will be transferred to an automated messaging system, wait until the end of the message and press 0 to speak to a member of staff.
Can I bring any food, Drink or equipment into the venue?
Snack food is fine to bring along to the show. No alcoholic drinks or plastic bottles are permitted. No furniture, li-los or anything which might cause a hazard or impact on the safety or comfort of others.
What are the disabled access arrangements?
There will be a sign-posted disabled parking area accessed by a pass to be applied for in advance. There will be a limited number of tickets for access to viewing area for disabled patrons.
YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE AN ACCESSIBLE/ DISABLED AREA TICKET.
How do I get to the venue from the Bus/Train station?
There will be signage to direct patrons to the entrance to the seating or standing area.
Will there be any parking facilities available on site?
No - except for disabled patrons who will be accommodated nearby
Will there be any food, drink stalls on site?
Yes , there will be bars and other food and drinks outlets.
What clothes should I wear for the show?
This is an outdoor event, so please keep watch on the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Always wear footwear for uneven surface and bring sun cream if there is sunshine.
Will weather affect the running of the show?
Show will take place rain or shine.
Is it possible to take videos, photos at the show?
No cameras/recorders permitted
