All shows are sold out

Do not buy tickets from unofficial sources (including websites)

Is there an age-limit for this show?

Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult - It is not advisable to bring young children to a concert. If brought they are require to have a seated ticket.

Where is the box office located and what is is the box office opening hours?

Please check pick up points 7 days prior to the event, Ticketmaster will notify customers in advance of show day.

I have seen tickets on sale on websites other than Ticketmaster, is it ok to buy them?

We strongly discourage patrons purchasing tickets from unofficial vendors / websites as they may be bogus tickets and you will be refused entry to the show.

What time should I arrive?

For running order please check closer to the event:

What time is the concert due to finish?

Approx. 22.30hrs.

If I arrive late can I still enter the venue?

Yes, once you have a valid ticket you will be allowed entry.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue throughout the day?

No, Once a patron has exited the venue, re-entry will not be possible.

What should I do if I have lost or misplaced my tickets?

For lost or misplaced ticket inquiries please call Ticket master on 0818 9030001. You will be transferred to an automated messaging system, wait until the end of the message and press 0 to speak to a member of staff.

Can I bring any food, Drink or equipment into the venue?

Snack food is fine to bring along to the show. No alcoholic drinks or plastic bottles are permitted. No furniture, li-los or anything which might cause a hazard or impact on the safety or comfort of others.

If my tickets are seated, is it possible for me to gain access to the standing area?

This may not be possible because of the configuration of the concert site

How do I get to the venue from the Bus/Train station?

There will be signage to direct patrons to the entrance to the seating or standing area.

Please show respect to local residents when travelling to and from the event

Will there be any parking facilities available on site?

No - except for disabled patrons who will be accommodated nearby – Traffic management plan will be in place

We would strongly advise that patrons park with a view to ease of leaving the city at the end of the concert. This generally means using car parks on the outer perimeter and walking to the venue

Some car parks providers may provide a shuttle bus service.

Do not park in restricted or 'no parking' areas as action will be taken by relevant authorities

Follow the AA and other signage on main routes leading to parking areas

Follow colour coded 'concert' signs to find the correct entrance for your ticket

Certain roads may be closed or restricted to resident access in and around venues

Patrons are advised to check out access routes in advance if they are unfamiliar with a venue

What are the disabled access arrangements?

Patrons who have wheelchair area tickets will be accommodated on a designated platform at each venue and only have access to this area

The location will vary according to the venue configuration and access

Yes, there will be bars and other food and drinks outlets.

Bars, food outlets and merchandise will be available inside the venue

Proof of age may be required if you wish to purchase alcohol.

What clothes should I wear for the show?

This is an outdoor event, so please keep watch on the weather forecast and dress accordingly. Always wear footwear for uneven surface and bring sun cream if there is sunshine.

Will weather affect the running of the show?

Check the weather forecast before leaving home and ensure that you have appropriate clothing

Umbrellas will be not be admitted

Is it possible to take videos, photos at the show?

Large lens, professional cameras or any form of video recorder will not be admitted

If you are with others take to the precaution of agreeing a meeting place in case you become separated – mobile phone access may be limited after the event due to demand
